Nicole Marie Lee

Behavior Specialist/RDI Consultant  

Nicole M. Lee has over 8 years experience in applied behavioral analysis.  She is working now to obtain her RDI (relationship development intervention) certification through the connection center located in Texas and her BCABA. Nichole has completed her supervision toward her BCABA (board certified behavior analyst) with Dr. William Brandon (owner of Learning ARTS). She recently re-located to Colorado with her husband and 1 year old son from California.  Nicole started her career in applied behavioral analysis working 1:1 for families in Colorado.  She then relocated to Southern California and began working as a Behavior Specialist for ACES and had the rare opportunity to assist in the development of the dolphin human therapy program at Sea World.  Through ACES she was provided the opportunity to participate in continuing education training on all the latest autistic research and methodologies.  She also worked in a home based program for individuals that are 18 years and older.  In the realization of beginning her new family she relocated to Central Valley, California where she worked for Learning A.R.T.S.  In this position she consulted as a behavior specialist.  In this position she also received intensive advocacy and law training for individualized education plans.  She also worked for the Fresno Unified School District where she worked with training all teacher and school staff in applied behavioral analysis and other methodologies. Nichole has over 120,000 hours of 1:1 experience in correcting sever behaviors and social integration.
